Breakfast may be the most important meal of the day, but it isn’t always the most exciting. Often, we prepare breakfast when we are barely awake, cold and in a rush. Instead of experimenting with new recipes, we eat the same things over and over again. Well, that’s all about to change….

Ingredients:

Method: 

  1. Crack 2 eggs in a bowl. Add milk and salt. Mix well.
  2. Toast ciabatta slices.
  3. Melt butter in a pan and add egg mixture.
  4. Stir using a spatula until egg is cooked.
  5. Serve on toasted ciabatta and top with spring onions and chilli oil.
