Pan Frying

  1. Frozen Pack – Thaw dumplings for an hour.

    Foil Tray – Peel off plastic film.

  2. Place oil in a medium hot pan.
  3. Panfry dumplings until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Ensure fillings are piping hot.
  5. Serve and enjoy with our dumpling dipping sauces – yum!

Microwaving dumplings

Quick & Easy

Microwaving

Foil Tray ONLY

  1. Remove paper sleeve off tray.
  2. Peel a corner of the plastic film, keeping the film on.
  3. Place microwave tray right-side-up and heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Flip tray and microwave the other side for a further 2 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove the tray – it’ll be hot!
  6. Serve and enjoy with our dumpling dipping sauces.

Clean & Healthy

Steaming

  1. Bring water to boil.
  2. Brush oil onto your steam tray.
  3. Place dumplings onto the steam tray with space in between. 
  4. Steam frozen dumplings for 6 minutes (5 minutes if they are thawed).
  5. Ensure fillings are piping hot.
  6. Serve and enjoy with our dumpling dipping sauces – yum!

One Pot Wonder

Dumpling Soup

  1. Place dumplings into boiling hot broth.
  2. Bring it to boil, then simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Garnish with some fresh herbs.
→ The longer you boil the dumplings, the softer the pastry becomes. 
→ Add some greens in the pot for extra nutrients. 
→ Broth can be a can of soup, vege/chicken stock or even instant noodle soup.
