Canterbury
The Good Oil
When you drive through Canterbury in late spring and summer, you might notice the beautiful golden flowers of premium rapeseed.
The Good Oil cold-presses the precious oil from the seed, meaning no chemicals are used. This ensures maximum nutrients and flavour for us all.
High in Omega 3 and 6.
We only use The Good Oil for all our dumplings and sauces.

Raised in the clean and cold water of the Marlborough Sounds, this salmon is known for its incredible flavour, colour and texture.

Woody's Farm
Daniel and his team have been raising heritage pigs free-range style since 2013.
They are raised with NO growth hormones, and NOT in cages or barn environments.
The heritage breeds Large Black Doric and Birkshire pigs thrive in the NZ outdoor environment. Flavour develops due to its slow growth nature – the tastiest pork you can get in New Zealand.

Parkvale Mushroom
Clive has been growing mushrooms at Parkvale since 1966. They are grown only an hour drive away in naturally fermented compost.
Clive supplies us with button and portobello mushrooms that are unmatched in flavour.
They contain important vitamins, protein and fibre as well.
