Expected Delivery Time
We work closely with NZ Post to bring your parcel to you safely. As soon as you have placed an order with us, it will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible.
→ Sauces: if your order is placed before 10am on Thurs, it will be dispatched the same week. Any order after 10am Thurs will be dispatched the next week, earliest Monday.
→ Dumplings: if your order is placed before 10am on Wed, it will be dispatched the same week. Any order after 10am Wed will be dispatched the next week, earliest Monday.
Delivery time once dispatched:
→ Normal: You will receive a notification once your parcel has been picked up by NZ Post and it will arrive within 3 working days.
→ Rural Address: within 5 working days (sauces only)
→ Australia: 1 – 2 weeks (sauces only)
Tracking your delivery
NZ Post will email you an automatic notification as soon as your parcel has been picked up from our Wellington HQ. You can track the progress of your parcel by clicking onto the shipping tracking number along side your email. You will received an email notification when:
1) Your parcel has been collected from our Wellington HQ
2) Your parcel is on its way to you
3) Your parcel has been delivered
4) Your parcel cannot be delivered

Dumplings are being delivered overnight nationwide after your parcel has been picked up from our Wellington HQ.
We have packed enough ice packs and insulated material to keep your dumplings within the safe food temp zone for up to 48 hours. If by chance, the courier did not manage to deliver your parcel within the targeted 48 hours (after being picked up from us), the parcel will be disposed and we will resend your order.
We try our best to do a good job but sometimes we do make mistakes. We rarely have to organise refunds. However, we would 100% resend your order if:
→ Your sauces get damaged during courier
→ Products are not up to your expected standard
→ We have packed your order wrong
→ NZ Post did not manage to deliver your dumpling order within 48 hours after it has been picked up from our HQ.

Refund & Cancellations Policies
We can arrange a full refund and cancel your order provided that we haven’t dispatch you order. Once your order has been dispatched, we won’t be to arrange any refund or cancellations.
