Mild Chilli Oil with Garlic on Spinach

Looking for an easy, tasty side dish that goes with anything? You’ve found it! This recipe is perfect for when you can’t be bothered chopping garlic but still want that delicious flavour…that’s what our Mild Chilli Oil with Garlic is perfect for! We slow cook roasted garlic with cold-pressed the Good Oil to infuse it with a delicious roast garlic flavour. No garlic fingers or chopping needed! It has a hint of Chilli but a low heat level – perfect for everyone!

 

In this recipe, we’ve paired it with frozen spinach, which is available all year round. It’s usually snap frozen, which makes it just as healthy and tasty as the fresh stuff! It takes just a few minutes to prepare and is perfect alongside rice, meat, fish, part of a cooked breakfast or anything else!

  1. Microwave frozen spinach at 30 second intervals until softened.
  2. Squeeze out water.
  3. Add garlic chilli oil, salt, pepper and sunflower seeds to taste
