Mum’s Eggs 🌞

House of Dumplings was founded in 2012, but our signature Mum’s Sauce has been around for way longer than that. House of Dumplings founder Vicky Ha remembers this sauce being a permanent fixture in her fridge when she was growing up in Hong Kong – always lovingly made by her mum, hence the name Mum’s Sauce!

With garlic, ginger and soy sauce, it makes for the perfect pairing with any of our delicious dumplings…but that’s not all…

Looking for a way to brighten up those morning (or midday…or evening!) eggs? Look no further! Mum’s Sauce brings tang and flavour to eggs – however you cook them!

This recipe is so easy we’re not going to give you a step by step – just cook a couple of eggs how you like them and drizzle over a little (or a lot!) of our Mum’s Sauce. Serve with your favourite carb – bread, rice, potatoes…and, voila! You’ve got gingery, salty, garlic-y eggs without using a single chopping board! Convenient and delicious 😋
