House of Dumpling’s Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days. No shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or holidays. We will communicate with you if we are experiencing a high volume of orders or any other expected delays,

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We ship to all NZ addresses. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. To access the free shipping, please select “Free Shipping” at checkout.

Big Chill Nationwide (frozen) 2-3 business days $10 to $30 depends on your area

*For all frozen dumplings delivery, we are limited to only business addresses. That does not include any residential home office address, unfortunately.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

We cannot ship to any PO boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once Toll has collected your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation and updates on its delivery.

Customs, duties, and taxes

House of Dumplings is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


House of Dumplings is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will look into sending you a product replacement. Or you can contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
