Since Mum’s Sauce is a super secret family recipe, we don’t want to give too much away but we will let slip a few things about this delectable sauce! Mum’s Sauce is made using cold-pressed rapeseed oil, which is high in vitamin E and has 50% less fat than olive oil!
We also use Japanese naturally brewed GMO-free soy and mix in a good dose of garlic and ginger for added flavour and an antioxidant boost!
How to use Mum’s Sauce
- Transform any plain rice, noodle or veggie dish by drizzling Mum’s Sauce over it
- Perfect for dipping your dumplings or rice rolls in!
- Use it as a marinade for tofu and chicken, let the flavours really soak in and then pour some more over the finished dish for good measure!
- Drizzle it over a salad or over a sandwich filling!
