Everyone will go home with a tummy full of dumplings and all the recipes. There’s bottomless jasmine green tea, plus a glass of wine/beer. These Wellington hands on cooking classes are for adults only.
We will be making:
Savoury dumplings – Wairarapa Free-Range Pork and Cabbage, Edamame Kumara (vegan)
Sweet dumplings – Orange Blossom almond Dumplings poached in ginger and cardamom broth (vegan)
