    Excellent oil. Really elevates any dumplings to connoisseur status! Perfect flavour balance.

    I have ordered this oil multiple times, gifted it to foodie friends, and consider myself a firm convert. It is my favourite condiment; drizzled over poached eggs on toast with a creamy mayo on the side but I also love it on pasta for a bit of heat instead of pepper. It is now a pantry staple for us and makes the coveted ‘ essential camping food items’ list also. It is a moderate heat, but has a delicious complexity to the heat which I assume comes from the Szechaun pepper. Absolutely delicious.
