It is a fun hands on cooking class in Wellington. You and your peeps get to make dumplings from scratch, using Vicky’s family secrets. You will learn to make your own fillings (both Wairarapa free-range pork + plant based), how to fold into different shapes, to cook them and eating your own piece of artwork of course!
Everyone will go home with a tummy full of dumplings, and the recipes. Bottomless jasmine green tea provided.
