Hands on Dumplings
This is a fun hands on integrative class, as everyone sits around the table and make dumplings from scratch using Vicky’s family secrets. Learning to make your own fillings, fold dumpling dough into different shapes, cook them, and of course – eat them!
Everyone will go home with a tummy full of dumplings and all the recipes. There’s bottomless jasmine green tea, plus a glass of wine/beer (for adults only).
We will be making:
Savoury dumplings – Free Range Shanghai Pork and Savoy Cabbage (vegan option is also available)
Sweet dumplings – Orange Blossom almond Dumplings poached in ginger and cardamom broth (gluten-free, vegan)
