Hands on Dumplings

This is a fun hands on class, making dumplings from scratch using Vicky’s family secrets. Learning to make your own fillings, fold dumpling dough into different shapes, cook them, and of course – eat them!

Everyone will go home with a tummy full of dumplings and all the recipes. There’s bottomless jasmine green tea, plus a glass of wine/beer (for adults only).

We will be making:  

Savoury dumplings – Free Range Shanghai Pork and Savoy Cabbage (vegan option is also available)

Sweet dumplings – Orange Blossom almond Dumplings poached in ginger and cardamom broth (gluten-free, vegan)
