We will be making:
Savoury dumplings – Free Range Shanghai Pork and Savoy Cabbage (vegan option is also available)
Sweet dumplings – Orange Blossom almond Dumplings poached in ginger and cardamom broth (gluten-free, vegan)
A private class means you can have fun as a group, we all would be sit around tables and make dumplings together just like a Chinese/ Italian family would. It is a cool interactive way to spend time together with family, friends or workmates.
It is a fun hands on class, we all learn to make dumplings from scratch. The dumpling queen herself will pass along her family secrets and teach you how to make your own dumpling dough, filling, folding into different fancy shapes, cooking them and obviously tasting your own piece of artwork.
Everyone will go home with a tummy full of dumplings, and recipe. Bottomless jasmine green tea provided.
