We will be making:
Savoury dumplings – Free Range Shanghai Pork and Savoy Cabbage (vegan option is also available)
Sweet dumplings – Orange Blossom almond Dumplings poached in ginger and cardamom broth (gluten-free, vegan)
A private class means you can have fun as a group, we all would be sit around tables and make dumplings together just like a Chinese/Italian family would. It is a cool interactive way to spend time together with family, friends or workmates.
It is a fun hands on class, making dumplings from scratch, using Vicky’s family secrets. You will learn to make your own fillings, how to fold into different shapes, to cook them and eating your own piece of artwork of course!
Everyone will go home with a tummy full of dumplings, and the recipes. Bottomless jasmine green tea provided.
